Connecting Families with Care:
A Digital Transformation for
The Arbors at Spring Lake
Objectives
Established in 1982, The Arbors is the only senior residence owned and operated by The Murray Family. Personal, hands-on attention is the hallmark of our service. Their staff has been here for years! The length of service of their full-time employees is fifteen years on average.
The Arbors is situated on three beautifully landscaped acres in the heart of the Jersey Shore. Begin on the property, then go to the park a block away, to the center of town, to church, or to the ocean, beach, and boardwalk. Located across the street from the Spring Lake train station, along the bus line, and convenient to the Garden State Parkway.

3D 'Digital Twin' Modeling
What is a digital twin?
A digital model of an intended or actual real-world physical product, system, or process that serves as the effectively indistinguishable digital counterpart of it for practical purposes, such as simulation, integration, testing, monitoring, and maintenance.
How is a 3D model created?
Acquisition: Our drones capture thousands of images of your property.
Image Processing: Photos are translated into a ‘dense cloud’ of millions of points to create the model structure.
Mesh & Texturing: Points are connected and textures of environmental colors, patterns, and surface details which are applied to the model.
How much does it cost?
It depends! Every property is different and each project is custom-made. We’ve produced models from a single building to hundreds of acres. In our discovery session, we’ll determine the objectives, scope of work, and additional features to provide an accurate bid.
